Melgisorb® is a soft, sterile calcium sodium alginate dressing that absorbs exudate and quickly turns into a gel to provide a moist environment for wound healing to take place.
INDICATIONS FOR USE:
Melgisorb® Ag is indicated for the management of moderate to heavily exuding wounds such as:
• post-operative surgical wounds
• trauma wounds (dermal lesions, trauma injuries or incisions)
• leg ulcers
• pressure ulcers
• diabetic ulcers
• graft and donor sites
