We’ve used this product for quite some time now and we’ve always been very happy with its quality

We’ve used this product for quite some time now and we’ve always been very happy with its quality.
This last order seems to be bruising my husband at the base and I’m wondering if there’s been a slight change in the sizing or materials. We thought maybe some samples in a slightly larger dimension might be worth investigating. I would love to hear your thoughts on this. Thank you.
