After submitting my latest order it took me some time to realize that I had not received a shipping notice from SCI.
After about 3-5 days a msg to SCI querying the delay resulted in one of the staff advising me that the item which comes in 100 quantity batches was on backorder until 10 September. At that point a decision was made to ship 3 X 30 units immediately.
I would have expected that there would have been a competent staff member in the organization who would have been able to re-organize the order to make the expected 2-3 day shipping target without waiting for me to have to prompt them to do so.
