Biatain Super Adhesive

Biatain Super’s hydrocapillary pad contains super absorbent particles, which rapidly absorb and lock exudate away from the wound bed and surrounding skin. The semi-permeable top film allows evaporation, which increases the overall capacity of the dressing.

• Minimal maceration resulting in faster wound healing
• Reduced leakage, so faster healing
• Longer wear-time resulting in fewer dressing changes
• Bacteria proof and water resistant with a semi-permeable layer enabling the patient to shower
• Recommended wear-time up to 7 days dependent on exudate levels

Areas of Use:

• Highly exuding wounds such as: pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, non-infected diabetic foot ulcers, second degree burns and surgical wounds
• Under compression bandaging
