SpeediCath Nelaton

I have been using the Colo[plast SpeediCath lubricated catheter for at least 5 years. I started at once / day and now use 3 times /day. Uti's remain problematic but catheter easy to use and no urethral scarring that I can discern over that time. Far superior to non lubricated catheter. Highly recommend. I suspect most patients will need some financial support as necessary but costly expense.

Ease of insertion and retraction. Polished eyelets are working wonders.
May need a little bit of work on regulating the spread of flow of urine at the exit from the funnel. It could be a problem with the softer nelaton material at the joining portion with the funnel. The pvc catheter, for instance, has a perfect exit stream flow.
